EVALUATION OF CANDIDATES’ PERFORMANCE

The evaluation is the expression of the Jury's collective opinion.

Each candidate will be evaluated by points in the range o to 25,
where 25 points is the best score. The members of the jury will
award points during judging per the criteria:

0-5 points - weak performance,
6-10 points - acceptable performance,
11 - 15 points - good performance,
16 - 20 points - very good performance,
21 - 25 points - excellent performance.

3.

After the auditions, the final discussion about the allocation of the
awards to candidates will be held based on the results of the point scores.


4.

The jury votes will determine who receives GRAND PRIX, Special Awards
and Recommendation to represent the UAE in the 1st Gulf International
Chopin Competition in Kuwait in March 2012.


5.

The decision of the Jury is final.
